EP.002 Ego Death : Choosing, Letting Go, and Awakening to Oneness

In this video, I speak about the death of the ego as a natural part of the spiritual journey. Every meaningful choice asks us to let go of an old identity — sometimes gently, sometimes with deep resistance. At times, it may even feel like an “inner suicide,” but what truly dies is not our essence, it is the personality structures we no longer need.

I explore this process through the image of the pyramid: each step is a death of the old self, until duality dissolves at the top and we touch the state of oneness. From this union of opposites, something new is born — a trinity, a presence that could never be imagined by the ego. These ego deaths are not an end. They are thresholds, opening us to transformation, trust, and the courage to walk the “pathless path.”

If you are facing moments of resistance, dead ends, or the weight of letting go, know that this is part of the path. These deaths of the ego are the gateways to awakening.
